Managing labor relations requires us to check the "mood of the workforce. It is impossible to move forward with a business plan without detecting what the workers need, as they can make or break any effort to achieve a positive objective.
It is important that all employer representatives are aware of the rules, regulations and agreements governing the employment relationship. It should be remembered that Article 88 of the Labor Code establishes that any action of the employer's representatives binds the employer in its relations with the workers.
A mistake due to ignorance of the law can have serious consequences.
On the other hand, proactive labor consulting is important. This has to be a support for the advancement of business management. Today's consultants must be part of the company's growth and not just interpreters of laws.
