Paternity leave: Another draft bill

Objective: The bill seeks to increase the number of days of paternity leave.
By way of a citizens' initiative, a preliminary bill has been submitted that seeks to amend Articles 1 and 3 of Law 27 of May 23, 2017, which establishes paternity leave for private and state employees.
The bill in question seeks to increase the duration of paternity leave from 3 to 11 days.
On the other hand, it establishes that this license will be paid by the State.
