ATTORNEY
Lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in Litigation (Labor, Civil, Criminal and Administrative).
As a university student at the School of Law and Political Sciences, he participated for several years in the Psycho-educational Evaluation program for students aspiring to enter law school. In 2002 he was appointed by the Judicial Branch as a defense attorney in different criminal proceedings.
Given his vast experience, he currently represents our clients in different claims or legal proceedings such as labor litigation, individual or collective labor conciliations, collective bargaining agreements. He was General Secretary of Banco Hipotecario Nacional and Acting General Counsel.
Education
In 1998 he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Law and Political Science - University of Panama.
He has a Master's Degree in Administrative Law and Specialization in Administrative Matters from the Universidad Latina de Panama 2004.
Specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods- Institute of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration University of Panama.
Higher Education
Former Professor of Law at UPAZ University and ISAE University 2002.
