Mr. Valle is a founding partner of the firm. He is a founding partner of Tax & Labor, a Central American organization, specialized in labor and commercial legal matters.

He has been a professor of Labor and Commercial Law at USMA and Labor Law Consultant for the Panamanian Banking Association.

Former Judge of the Superior Labor Court.

Mr. Valle has specialized in labor disputes and corporate restructuring.
